Precise GPS coordinates will be provided upon renting.

During the high season, rentals are only for a minimum of one week. The week starts from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 9 am.

Outside holiday periods, arrangements can be made with the landlords.

The prices indicated in the price request do not include cleaning, bed and bath linen and the rental guarantee deposit (details: see prices section).

After contacting us by e-mail, we will confirm that the desired period is still available. You will also receive an account number to transfer a 30% advance. After receiving the advance, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation.

The sum and the deposit have to be paid 1 month before departure.

After paying the advance, you must sign the rental contract and accept the rental conditions.

The rental guarantee deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.

There are no additional costs : cleaning + bed linen & bath linen are included as well as Netflix, TV-Vlaanderen, Orange Fibre and water & electricity up to 15 kWh per day.

If consumption is higher, the effective consumption will be offset against the rental deposit. (details: see prices section).

The rental deposit is €750.00 and will be refunded within 14 days of departure. The Taxe de Séjour is calculated at the time of the rental. This fee changes every year and is rent-related.

Wireless internet is included.

Simiane-la-Rotonde is at 6 km (3,7mi). You will find a great bakery over there: "Le Chapeau Rouge". There's also a post office, cafés and restaurants.

In Saint-Christol (5 km – 3,1 mi) there is a Spar supermarket (where they sell bread, among other things), a post office and restaurants.

Sault is at 15 km (9,3 mi) where there is a supermarket: Intermarché.

In Banon (15 km – 9,3 mi) there is a bakery, multiple butchers, a post office, a bank, restaurants,…

In Apt (25 km – 15,5 mi) there are several supermarkets (see details at useful addresses).

No, pets are not allowed.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Bedlinnen, badlinnen, keukenhanddoeken : inbegrepen in de huurprijs.

Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
